So what does that mean exactly, no monthly fee, but still need to buy the game?
I think I bought it when it first came out, but only played for about another month. Do I need to buy any expansion packs? I bet the people that bought the 'lifetime' subscriptions are pissed. |

I believe it will be no monthly fee since it will be based on micro-transactions. You don't need to buy the game because you can directly download it from their main website. I also believe their expansion packs were never sold via retail and they were merely offered as free. I think you have mixed up the lifetime subscriptions with Turbine's other game LOTRO.
This is merely from my perspective on how things are understood. |
